まるごと塩焼き、うまーーーー！(*´Д｀*) 前回のニベ、ゴンズイ、フグ、ハゼも焼いて一緒に食べたお。自分で釣った魚は、ほんと、おいしい... しやわせ感じた。
ニベはたぶん、スズキとかに近いのかなー、味も。ゴンズイは、かば焼きとかが美味しいらしく、やっぱり、ウナギとかアナゴとかに近い味。油が多いのかな。死んじゃうと、すぐに、内臓の臭みがお肉にまわってくるらしい。
どんな魚も、釣ってすぐに内臓とって、血抜きをして、氷水に入れておく、っていうふうにすると、美味しいらしい。まーー、僕はまだ、現場では、釣るだけで精いっぱい。美味しく食べるための工夫とかを、ちょっとずつ、やっていってみようかな...。
