今週は、月曜はお客さんが会社に打ち合わせに来る予定だったから行った（お客さん来なかったけど）。往復の時間だけで7時間くらいかかって、もう、それだけで消耗した。
火・水・木はおうちでまったりおしごと。なんだか周りは落ち着かないけど、僕は呑気なのかね？ のんびり、かつ、アクティブに、逗子で過ごしてる。普段の通勤にかかる往復4時間弱。それを移動以外のことに有効に使えるのがうれしい。それも、平日ののんびりした逗子を存分に味わえるなんて、これは贅沢な状況。
今日はミーティング入れられて、出社。すぐ帰ったけど。
僕の情報源はほぼネットで、妻は超ローカルのFMラジオ「湘南ビーチFM」。このラジオ、海辺に合うまったりミュージックの合間にニュースが挟まるような感じで、しゃべる人の声も心なしかゆったりしてていい。
本当に自分達に必要な情報はTV放送なんかにはほぼ無いから、情報源としていない。大きめの余震があったときにつけるくらい。妻はTVでいつものようにテニスや自転車レースを見たり、昨日は図書館で借りてる小津安二郎のDVD「東京物語」を嗚咽泣きしながら観てたんだとか。僕はムーミンを観て。
ツイッターなんかはお祭り騒ぎのノイズがほとんどで、自分たちに本当に有用な情報は一握り。それだけを逃さないようにしておけばよくて、あとのは流すだけ流す。
僕は自然と、いつもと同じように、過剰・余剰な環境に自分の身を置かないようにしてるんだと思う。限りの無い中の最小限の世界に住むことをいつも無意識に選んじゃう。そこでは、本当に必要なことは、本当にちょびっとだけ。その限られたちょびっとの大切なことは、僕に無限を与えてくれるんだ。

One further thought. I find it annoying to click on the media gallery and end up at the page of only one photo rather than a slideshow. I like the look of the photo pages and I wish there was a way to just view all photos and browse through them one after the other. I am a former DR photographer and I love the work the the current photo staff is doing hopefully it will continue to be highlighted on the site.
