おかんも何年も鬱で、今回僕も鬱になっていて、お互いに、もっと心を開いていろんな話をしたように思う。僕らが岡山に来たことで、終始ハイで、きゃっきゃきゃっきゃして、おかんはとても楽しんでいたけど、普段のおとんと二人きりの生活の、だらーんと、どよーんと、静かでまったりした暮らしぶりも、鬱になった今の僕にはこれまで以上に鮮明に目に見える。自分がやりたいこと、嬉しいこと、気持ちが良いことは、スイッチが入ればやれるし、楽しめる。それ以外の物事に対しては、まったく意欲が湧かず、気持ちが鬱屈する。
悪夢を見て起きた夜は、落ち込んだ。やっぱり、寝る前の薬をやめるのには、時間がかかりそうだ。まずは生活のリズムを整えて、安定させてから、ちょっとずつ減らしていく感じなのかな。
おかんが、「ツレがうつになりまして」の原作漫画を持ってて、読んだ。あー、分かる分かる。あるある。かなりおもしろい。いいむらさんに、これのTVドラマを教えてもらってたけど、それを見ることが良いか悪いか分からなくて見てなかった。まぁ、TVドラマはともかく、漫画は、読んでよかった。続編とかを買って帰った。
前に妻が僕に描いてくれた絵本は、大絶賛だった。みんなに感動を与えてた。「お前はしあわせだな」といわれる。僕は今、毎日幸せをかみしめて生きてるから。
おもしろい計画が持ちあがっていて、その話で盛りあがった。おとん、おかん、伯母、おばあちゃんと猫、うちの二人、従妹、従弟、うちの兄(?) とかでメゾネット形式みたいな感じで住んで、基本的におのおのはおのおのの部屋で暮らして干渉し合わない。気が向いたときに接点を持って、困ったときには助け合える、みたいな半共同生活のスタイル。他人同士じゃなくて、家族で。1階は駐車スペースとおばあちゃんちと、共有のリビングみたいなスペースで、2階とか3階にそれぞれの所帯。エレベーターつければ、足の悪い人も大丈夫。まあ、何階建てでもいいんだけど。広い土地ならぜんぶ平屋とか。なんか、楽しそう。安心だし。このためのお金はどこから湧いてくるだろうか。
