日・月・火と、特にでかけずに、家でごろごろしたり、DVD見たり、このブログのマークアップしたり、ゲームしたりで、ついつい夜更かしして、起床時間は14時前後になっている。さらに、ごろごろしているとついウトウトして昼寝をするものだから、夜中に自然な眠気がなかなかこなくて薬に頼るしかないというのは、これ、悪循環だろうか。雨ふりは、町を綺麗に洗い流してくれるようで、別に嫌いじゃないけど、やはりおでかけ気分を萎えさせる。
今日はさっぱり晴れて気持ち良かったから、でかければよかったな。ずっと家にいるのはやっぱり駄目で、気持が上向きになっていかない。明日からまた暑くなるけど、どこか、でかけよう。
